Darling Ten count, generally things go well. The last batch however did not. Thanks to the new care team, kindly provided by Spider, most testers still left happy and healthy, transitioning on to the new batch well. Unfortunately one slipped the net. I’m dealing in house with the lack of discipline shown by the team in not supporting our clients, however, that client is now out there as a liability. We can not afford for there to be negative press on Vitamin Glee. We make the world so shiny and happy, there can be no black mark on this. I assume I can rely on your support, discretion and speed in this matter...

Darling, your samples are on the way to you, courtesy of a very fine specimen of the care staff. Feel free to keep them for a few days, you think they are pretty now, wait until the Vitamins kick in!
Tiny favour to ask, a couple of the early testers have responded... unexpectedly.
They’ve been contained and supported but they aren’t rehabilitating too well. Could they come for a little ‘Experience’ to help them remember their testing better?

Your new care staff are amazing. Their support for the early testers has been invaluable and the vitamins are now in full scale production heading out to the needy public.
A couple of of the staff, however, have been less than diligent. They’ve been duly disciplined but we need a couple of reliable replacements to keep production levels ready to meet demand.
